Robert B. Simon, Ph.D. is a recognized expert in organizational effectiveness, with particular passion for organizational culture, strategy, and innovation.
Robert spent over 20 years in higher education at three major research universities, where he taught leadership development, innovation and entrepreneurship, conflict management, and team dynamics.
Beyond his work in the classroom, Robert has consulted for start-ups, community organizations, educational entities, and engineering firms.
